My 2024 Tahoe has the rear seat infotainment screen option installed in it. My kids love being able to watch videos while riding in the rear seats and I love that it keeps them quiet on long trips (no option installed in it. This was a nearly $2,000 dollar option in my vehicle. So when the system stopped operating, I was understandably anxious about it. The Service department was great, getting it fixed in a timely manner and my Service advisor Hunter Gamble was top notch. Courteous, confident, and he kept me well informed on all aspects of the repair along the way. Kudos to Hunter and the rest of the Service Team involved!!! More
