Staff were professional and customer focus as well as the whole service area in taking care of my needed repairs. I had an immediate issue (battery died on the Northway) in which staff quickly evaluated and whole service area in taking care of my needed repairs. Was in to service my adaptive cruise and lane keep as those features stopped working and also to verify the 2nd key I received was to my vehicle. Was there over 4 hours and the conclusion was they determ those features stopped working and also to verify the 2nd key I received was to my vehicle. Was there over 4 hours and the conclusion was they determined a camera was faulty so that would need to be ordered and installed later and a 2nd key to be ordered as well. TBD if that camera fixes the issues. More
