I have always had good experiences at Mohawk Chevrolet. I just recently started going there when I moved from Virginia and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Jay is absolutely wonderful. Made my BP go up and my stress level is sky high when talking to them. I expect when I buy a new car, to have it work properly for a while…one month and something was wrong. Now I have to wait another couple months until another part comes in. I wonder if they will call me this time, they didn’t last time! More
I dropped my car off for a 845 appointment and coordinated a ride to work. I planned to pick the car up when I got out of work but I had to unfortunately wait another 45 mins for my car to be read coordinated a ride to work. Not sure what’s the point of scheduling an early morning appointment if you won’t be serviced until 4pm. I was told GM didn’t provide them with a code that was needed for them to reprogram the keys, but I didn’t find this out until I called them at 3:45pm asking if my truck was ready… Service rep Hunter was good, but the rest of the experience was a disaster. More
