I purchased my vehicle form Mohawk and have had it serviced by them ever since. I went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I have no problems with any person I dealt with. However, the price for this service was roughly 50% higher than it was previously. There is no longer any benefit to having the dealer service this vehicle. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for service. More

Service department advised me they couldn’t fix my radio in my new truck which is still under warranty, because it wasn’t showing a code. I showed them a video of the problem and they stated it was a known in my new truck which is still under warranty, because it wasn’t showing a code. Not until I asked for a manager was I able to get any where for this issue. More

No hassle service. Mohawk took care of my truck. They also filled the washer fluid and washed the truck. Keep doing that. The service rep was courteous. The service manager, Steve was fantastic.. initially I was happy when I was told that I would have to pay between $200 and $300 to replace the 3 belts that were damaged due to the water pump going bad. The pump was covered under warranty, but I was told that I had to pay for the belts. I disputed this statement. When Steve got involved he made things right. I also didn’t like the fact that I was told the the warranty coordinator refused to speak to me about this issue. I was told this by Allyssa.things would be far less complicated if the warranty person would try to work things out with the customer. Thanks again Steve, great job More
