Not happy Body shop replaced bumper and rear passenger side light fixture. The white light part on the left side wasn't working but was working before it went Body shop replaced bumper and rear passenger side light fixture. The white light part on the left side wasn't working but was working before it went in to get fixed. When I went in for inspection and them to "fix" the light, they said it was blown and replaced the bulb. The light is still not working. I will be bringing it back again when I can to see what the actual problem is. It worked before I got hit, worked while I was waiting to get repairs done and they put new bumper on and now it doesn't work. They've always been great to deal with, but I'm getting a little annoyed. I work 2 jobs and Saturdays are my only days off and I spent 3 hours there the last time waiting.. before that, I had a rental for 2 days.. More

Internet scheduling I Scheduled my appointment online and took the first available appointment (7:00am) and when I arrived I was told that techs do not arrive until 8. Thankfully as soon as the first tech arrived he was able to complete the oil change and recall but I think that it should be changed on the website so the individuals waiting for their car are not waiting more than an hour. Efficient and reasonable Had a strange problem with heat in my car, and needed a new key. Got an appointment slot about three days out. When I showed up they claimed it would take an hour of labor to program the key to the car. When I told them that was incorrect, they “realized”? that there was no labor charge for this kind of key on this car. Other than that they diagnosed and solved my problem with the heater quickly and I had the car back the same day. Which is about all you can ask for. More

Extremley fast service I called Friday at 5pm and spoke to Jameson McGuire in service and told him my brakes are grinding and I needed it for work on Monday and to go to Bos I called Friday at 5pm and spoke to Jameson McGuire in service and told him my brakes are grinding and I needed it for work on Monday and to go to Boston in a week. He said bring it up and I will try to get it done on Saturday as long as I can get the parts you need. Jamey was able to get all the parts I needed and had the car done by 2pm on Saturday. That was extremely fast for a Saturday when they have less staff and I needed all four brakes replaced with rotors and two calipers. I have been going to this dealership for 8 years now and I have had excellent service. I have five cars that go there and if there is any issues they always correct it in my favor. Craig Santandrea in service is the guy I use for most of my service jobs. Craig is very Knowledgeable, efficient and has been there for a very long time. Craig has given me excellent service over the years. Kayla Rynasko has also helped me tramendusly in the past with service issues and kept me informed on how things are going. More
