I own an A6 4.2 purchased at Molle in 2006. No problems with sales or service UNTIL 2011 WHEN service recommended a very expensive bushing repair $1,200 which I did have done there. Less than a year later I noticed suspension problems and took car back to the service department. They insisted all I needed was new tires and they refused to diagnose the problem until I agreed to have THEM sell and put a new set of $1,200.00 tires on the car. I told them I would just come get the car which when I picked it up I had a "service bill" of $50.00 and I asked in person, did they put it on a lift and look? They said they did (a lie, in my opinion). They did wash the car that day (hey, thanks for the $50.00 car wash by the way). Angry the next day, frustrated, argued with service via email and phone asked for manager, argued with Tricia Gill via very rude and by the way badly composed (grammar, spelling) emails. Made it to her manager Mike Berman who at that point agreed to have service look at the car and diagnose whole problem, not just improper tire wear. In distrust and disgust at this point I took care to an independent mechanic who discovered I needed new control arm parts (not wearing properly and very likely should have been replaced with bushings). Independent mechanic fixed it for less than $300.00. The tires were wearing improperly but they were quite new and wearing wrong because the 2011 repair was not done properly. So not only did they not do the $1,200 repair right, they ruined my tires. They would have avoided this by listening to me in the first place. I let Mike know this and he had no response. I plan to tell everyone that asks me about this awful experience. Molle just doesn't sell Audi - they have other dealerships and I will be sure I never buy new or used from them again. More
Had a scheduled brake job and oil change this morning. 35,000 miles ago had brakes done and the bill came to a whopping $1,300....so I was mentally and reluctantly prepared to bite that same bullet. The service rep without a glimmer of guilt told me that this time the brakes will cost $1,800!!! and the oil change $200+!!!!! Add it up folks....$2,000++ for brakes and an oil change!!! I am dropping Molle and may even sell my A8! More
I am leaving feedback primarily for Roger Maidment. I did not end up purchasing an Audi. It was a gorgeous and wonderful car, but another opportunity came up and I couldn't pass it by. Roger was everything you hope your salesperson will be, but many times is not. He was attentive, responsive, informative, and just downright easy to be around. Unlike some of the other 'premium brand' salespeople he was not artificial or overly cheery. I was in the dealership several times driving a wide variety of cars and Roger was prompt, efficient, and helpful. I will gladly share this experience with any friends and family that want to shop for any Audi product. More
Molle Audi is an outstanding dealership. I didn't buy my Audi there, but they treat me as if I had. Service department always give me a loaner, even though they don't have to, they always squeeze me in las Audi there, but they treat me as if I had. They go above and beyond for every service, bottom line, they take care of their customers. When I buy a new vehicle I will buy it from them based on the outstanding service. Clifford, Jon, and Lance always professional, friendly and know their stuff. A8 tech (Jeff I think) is awesome and knows everything about A8's. Dealership is one of the cleanest, nicest atmospheres if I need to wait on my car. Everyone there is great, highly recommend to everyone. More
April 2010 I leased an Audi A4 from Jerri and over the course of the next 16 + months I had to continuously bring my car in for service due to "low oil" warning lights. After the service department explored all possible options the Sales team including Mike & Jerri sourced me a new car and got me into it with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend everyone at Molle Audi especially Jerri and Mike! More
Very fair price on my A8L and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated the lack of " hustle" by the finance manager. Roger, my salesman was fun to deal with and he is obviously a car enthusiast (as am really appreciated the lack of " hustle" by the finance manager. My experience with this Audi dealership goes back to 1998. Sales and service was just "ok"until two years ago when I met Audi Brand Specialist Jerri Hoover. From that point on, the sales experience couldn't have been better. Jerri is friendly, accommodating, and has good knowledge of the brand. She allows the sales experience to move along at my pace, and always makes certain that I am able to test drive each and every car that I am interested in. Upon delivery, she educates and demonstrates all facets of the vehicle. I always feel that I can approach her regarding any aspect of problems and/or service. Soon I will have two Audi's in my garage--certainly because of the brand, but mostly because of my relationship with Jerri. More

During this new car acquisition process, Roger Maidment offered numerous, thorough test drives and made sure I was able to find the new A8L I was looking for. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience...no pressure, fair price, attentive service, great product. More

Since our initial conversations thru the final purchase of the car and since they have met our every expectation and request with exceptional follow thru and service.
