This was my first visit ever to a BMW service center. My service adviser Jorge Aldana was exceptional. He addressed all my questions as a new owner of a heavily used older model BMW and made sure I not My service adviser Jorge Aldana was exceptional. He addressed all my questions as a new owner of a heavily used older model BMW and made sure I not only understood all areas needing attention but visually showed me these areas as well. I typically buy new cars and return to the dealership for maintenance and in comparison, BMW ranks in the upper echelon of the customer service experience. BMW emblem on my X5 rear door was removed. I returned to speak to the service advisor the day after about it. He is off work, another advisor asked me to purchase a new one and will someone in I returned to speak to the service advisor the day after about it. He is off work, another advisor asked me to purchase a new one and will someone in service replace it. The replacement emblem cost me $52.56. Obviously disappointed! More
