My rep Allyce was very good at taking care of me throughout, even though I was given the runaround on how long it would take for the job to be completed. But to over charge your customers on the labor just because of the name BMW and then turnaround and insult them with shop and other miscellaneous fees is good for business, but not good for your customers.
