Had to wait too long for service I had called and made an appointment for 11:30 to have a recall the control module for cruise control to be "reflashed". I arrived at about 11:20 an I had called and made an appointment for 11:30 to have a recall the control module for cruise control to be "reflashed". I arrived at about 11:20 and the service writer wrote up my order, took my keys and moved my truck to spot just outside the showroom. At 1:30 I approached the service writer and asked what was going on with my truck because it hadn't moved in an hour and a half. He apologized and said the mechanic assigned had taken longer than expected on his previous job. He gave the job to a different mechanic and 15 minutes later it was completed. My question is why did I make an 11:30 appointment? More

Don't use their app. The only issue I had with Momentum is with their app. I made an appointment to get an oil change using their app and when I came in the gentleman said The only issue I had with Momentum is with their app. I made an appointment to get an oil change using their app and when I came in the gentleman said they never got the notice. Fortunately he helped me and I still got my oil change. Just call to set up an appointment rather than trusting their app because it doesn't work and I don't know why they still have it up. More

Lousy service I will never buy a car at this dealer ever again because of their service center!!!!!!!!!!I have a service plan and when I get there they can’t find i I will never buy a car at this dealer ever again because of their service center!!!!!!!!!!I have a service plan and when I get there they can’t find it in computer had to present my contract this is just one of many problems I’ve had with them!!!!IThis is the third car I’ve bought from them and always same problem their service center!!!! I hate when my oil change is due!!!!!! More
