When we returned he was on vacation, but the vallejo team stepped up and kept delivering excellent service. The general manager said hello, and our sales man was amazing! He was so patient and took the time to find out what I was looking for and what was in our budget! No pressure at all. Just wanted us to be happy with the car and Kia Vallejo- if we ever need a new car we know where we will go. Fianance was super quick and Laura was so sweet- explained all the paperwork to us as I signed. Just a great place and friendly people/ not what my experience had been at other dealerships of other brands. More

The car had 5 recalls and she made sure it was all done. However, the car was not right so after almost being stranded again she made sure I got in and was given a loaner car. She also gave me a clean car and has been so very kind. So far the car is running good. But I know I can call her and she will always give me excellent service with compassion and kindness.
