Very happy with Camron my sales person, he was very friendly and personable. Traded in my 2021 Bronco sport for 2025. Rated a 4 because car was dirty and had to bring it back for cleaning. This was the latest in well over thirty vehicles I have purchased from Monaco Ford. Each time I go there, I am more impressed. Everyone involved in this purchase was great. The Monaco Family is a class act and the same sales person that sold me my first Ford almost 40 years ago is still there, still doing things with everyone's best interest involved. Purchasing our Explorer Platinum was easy and efficient, from the test drive explaining the essential features and immediate follow-up to experience. Purchasing our Explorer Platinum was easy and efficient, from the test drive explaining the essential features and immediate follow-up to explain more complicated features. Our customer service rep, Adrian Paulding, continues to ask us how we are enjoying our Explorer and if there are any other questions that he can answer. The financing component went very well, as we purchasing additional features that enhanced our ownership. The Service Dept. has twice serviced our Explorer at its normal service intervals. They also offer a courtesy pick up and drop if requested. More
