I am a lifelong customer of Monaco Ford and presently own 2023 Ford Edge. This car has been trouble free and it is a pleasure to drive. The service was fantastic and couldn’t have been more convenient. Since, I have had the car serviced. Once again they arrive on time, were done in less than sn hour and the car was perfect. The mobil service team is competent and most professional. Being able to talk to the technicians is informative and refreshing. I also have the peace of mind knowing my car is being serviced by highly trained technicians with Ford parts and the latest technology. Having all that brought to my doorstep by Monaco’s is just another reason why I have only bought Fords from Monaco’s over the last 45 years. From the moment I arrived for my appointment to the moment I left, I was met with extreme respect, friendliness, and a general happy-to-help disposition from every person working with me. My Sales Team, Caden and Adrian were absolutely OUTSTANDING. I gave them my budget and what I needed in a vehicle, and right away, we honed in on a few different options that suited both my budget and driving needs. Within minutes, I was test driving my first choice. The owner of the dealership, Mike Monaco, also introduced himself to me, and I was blown away by how genuinely nice he is, along with, how much he clearly cares about his business, his employees, and customers.
