Great Service After finding a clean, low mileage, 2009 Ford Focus online, I decided to make the 2 hour drive from my town to Monarch Ford in Exeter. From the moment I walked in, Cory treated me as a priority. He showed me the 09 Focus and knew a bit of history on the car. After a brief test drive, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Although it was a cash deal, the paperwork seemed to go extra fast. It should be noted that the Focus did have a defect in the windshield...and without issue, Cory had a new one put in while I waited. Great service, great car and a great value. They even fill up all the engine fluids, unlike many other places. It's real annoying to have service done somewhere and have them not fill the washer fluid, or top off the radiator fluid. I would recommend Monarch to everyone. More
