Since 1966 our family-owned dealership has helped drivers from across the region find the perfect vehicle. Our roots in the Monroe, MI community go back to our early beginnings on West Front Street. That year, Ralph Mahalak Sr. founded Monroe Dodge with eight employees and limited resources. Monroe Dodge overcame its initial struggles to form a customer base and with much hard work, grew to the point where it moved to its current location on North Monroe Street. Monroe Dodge continued to move full stream ahead and excel in both the good and bad times in the automotive industry. Sadly, Ralph Mahalak Sr. passed away on June 6, 2017.
Today, his four sons; Ralph Mahalak Jr., Mike Mahalak, J.P. Mahalak & Alex Mahalak, follow in his footsteps and lead successful dealerships of their own. Four of which are located in Central Florida, Alfa Romeo Fiat of Winter Haven, Posner Park Chrysler, Dodge of Winter Haven & Lake Wales Chrysler. Ralph Mahalak Jr. is also a partner of Buckeye Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Fiat, with Steve Tetrick.

Lease I leased a RAM 1500 in 2005. I purchased extra miles so I wouldn't be charged by the mile if I went over. The salesman said if I didn't use the extra I leased a RAM 1500 in 2005. I purchased extra miles so I wouldn't be charged by the mile if I went over. The salesman said if I didn't use the extra miles I purchased I would be reimbursed. Well guess what. They refused to reimburse me. I took it to Ralph the owner. Ralph said the salesman never should of told me that and he is not reimbursing my money. I said some choice words and that I would never set foot in his dealership again. That was my first and last lease. I've owned 2 RAMs since. Also I had the truck in service several times for idle and stalling problems they could never seem to fix. Fu##you. Ralph More
