I an not happy with the quality of their service. Would recommend but be AWARE. Our problem was NOT CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED. Car brought to dealership as problem was same as occurred 2 yrs ago - when Feldman Jeep replaced batt Our problem was NOT CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED. Car brought to dealership as problem was same as occurred 2 yrs ago - when Feldman Jeep replaced batteries (therefore under possible warranty) they did not have staff to check it out, so brought to Monroe. Diagnostics run - told new alternator needed. Opted to take vehicle to our own mechanic for repairs. Upon replacing alternator it was discovered that this was in fact NOT the problem. Upon further investigation, turns out that the grounding cable had broken off. It was actually sparking under the seat. We have photos. There was just a misunderstanding about the "shop charges" of $15.28, which has been rectified. Not a huge issue. Much more concerned about the mis-diagnosis. Hoping that employees are informed to check the ground wire as a possibility, in the future if other customers experience the same issues (dimming lights / car stalling). More
