If I could post a ZERO I would. While I really liked the salesman and he gave us a great deal the service was HORRIBLE FRAUD. We even paid for an extended warranty and noticed corrosion on hood THAT IS COV salesman and he gave us a great deal the service was HORRIBLE FRAUD. We even paid for an extended warranty and noticed corrosion on hood THAT IS COVERED UNDER CHRYSLER WARRANTY. 11 months later I called Monroe Dodge to have repaired under Warranty and was denied stating it wasn't covered due to my being a 2nd owner!! WHAT??? Needless to say I went to CHARLIES DODGE in Maumee and the body shop REPAIRED UNDER CHRYSLER WARRANTY correctly with no charge to me. MONROE gives fair prices. BUT THEY DO NOT BACK ANY WARRANTY SERVICE. More

The mechanic that was doing tire rotation informed srv manager of a problem.Service manager explained that studs and locks had broken off and offered a new Renegade for me to use until they could get the new studs and replace them. The vehicle was great to drive and I thanked the Service manager for the unexpected use of a vehicle. Great bunch of Service Reps. Recall The truck was in for a recall on the SRS, in the vernacular that is the seat belt system. No problem there and I was in and out in 30 minutes. However The truck was in for a recall on the SRS, in the vernacular that is the seat belt system. No problem there and I was in and out in 30 minutes. However, earlier this year I took the diesel in to replace the fuel filters, one a straight filter in the engine bay and a water separator under the truck on the frame rail. The dealership wanted $350 for this service. I left like a scalded rabbit. A friend who is a master mechanic and I swapped the two filters out in 15 minutes. No different than changing an oil filter. In today's environment dealers make money on service as opposed to sales. I understand that. But $350 for two fuel filters? I don't think so. More

I would recommend seeing him and if you think about to tell him I recommended you. They are a great dealership. Get a lot of my work done on my Jeep Wrangler there but sometimes it is pricier to get dealership work and when that's the case I go elsewhere. I just had some recall work done on my Jeep Friday and the service guy quoted me 2-5 hours to get the job done. I thought that was kind of a big-time gap and thought it should have been more precise but to top it off it took 7 hours and I had to call them 3 times to find out when it was going to be done. I think the guy I was dealing with was new however but that is important to me. I want to be kept up to date on my vehicle as that affects my plans so for the service department I give them 2 stars and say they need to keep their customers up to date and callback in a timely manner. They do offer shuttle service which I think is nice and important to me as I could need that service this last time I did not. Lol glad I didn't decide to wait there for this last job ie the 7-hour job. More
They do NOT Stand Behind Their Service. The latest incident - they replaced the engine about three months ago. Work requirements meant I had to leave the vehicle parked for about a third of The latest incident - they replaced the engine about three months ago. Work requirements meant I had to leave the vehicle parked for about a third of the time. Eventually, the engine coolant level dropped. So, I took her in to see what was going wrong. Turns out, one of the cooling hoses was too short to fit the new engine properly. But, since they didn't replace the hoses during the engine change (when they should have), I was charged for the diagnosis and repair. I protested to no avail. This is the second time they've burned me - there will not be a third. I will go to the next closest dealership (about 25 miles further) in hopes of finding someone who stands behind their work. More

Disrespected. VERY POOR service!!! I have been LAUGHED at and TALKED DOWN to by the general manager! She did NOT listen to what I had to say, and she did not CARE o VERY POOR service!!! I am generally a nice person, and believe it or not she made me cry. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership. I would rather ride a bike, rather than being talked down to as if my experience did not count because I was a young woman. I do get that woman do not have much experience on parts and service on cars, but you do not have the right to make anyone feel like they do not matter to a buisness. Seriously so terrible. I told everybody that I knew so they would not be treated the way that I was treated, and all the men in my family was furious. They took it too far, and everybody needs to know this because they will take advantage of YOUR daughters, nieces, wife, Aunts, literally any woman you know. I am sure after the next week or so you'll see everybody I know writing bad reviews, because it is NOT right what they did. Last words from the general manager, "There will be nobody here tomorrow to answer any of your questions, there will only be somebody here to take your money, and for you to pick up your car." That is exactly how they make you feel throughout the whole experience. C'mon people, you can do better, you deserve better. More
Fixed the reason I brought it in!! When I brought it in I knew what the problem was because I scanned the computer. I told my mechanic, because I have gone there since it was new. They still had to prove it because of the warranty, that took longer than i wanted. I had a rental car it would have been up, they told me to keep it another day, so that the repairs were completed! More
