I took my 2006 Dodge Charger in for the Takata airbag I took my 2006 Dodge Charger in for the Takata airbag recall. These are the airbags that when deployed can maim or kill you. Drove the car in airbag I took my 2006 Dodge Charger in for the Takata airbag recall. These are the airbags that when deployed can maim or kill you. Drove the car in airbags are functional, that is, no dashboard warning lights. Drove the car out red SRS dash light is on (airbag system issue which the manual says needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION ) and the yellow passenger airbag off warning which means for sure no airbag for the passenger. So I drove in handed my keys to Dodge with a functioning airbag system and drove out with a non-functioning system. And Dodge claims I now have to pay for them to diagnose and fix the problem. Absurd. I'm relatively sure the manager will pop on here and claim that the airbag service they performed had nothing to do with the airbag system now being non-functional. Once again completely absurd. I mean there is no possible way that dissembling the airbag system and then reassembling it could possibly cause some other malfunction or by accident break something else? Once again completely absurd. If you take ownership of something and then it breaks , could be ancillary, like oops I cut your seat you own it. But not here. I apparently own it and it will cost me minimum $300-500 Thus consider this a public service message. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER for sales or service. Since I had previous less than ideal service from this dealer I had considered Shorkey Dodge but opted to go to Monroeville for this service. Very BAD mistake on my part. More

I dont understand how you can be an employee of a brand and know nothing about them. They are telling you lies about vehicles that i know from being a car guy that isnt true. They arent helpful and dont make you feel valued as a customer. Take your business elsewhere to avoid wasting your valuable time. I have always heard how bad their reputation is and they certainly hold true to that. i would never recommend anyone go there, they definitely dont have the best deals either. You can get a better deal in other places. Avoid at all cost. More

Best Car buying Experience I ever had I recently purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan SE and I must say that I never ever been treated this way by any other dealership in the past. From the I recently purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan SE and I must say that I never ever been treated this way by any other dealership in the past. From the time I walked in and left with my minivan, they treated me like a family and took care of me. Sales woman was very upfront, honest and friendly. She told me all that I need to know about the minivan and even let me test drive the van. She didn't try to push anything by me that I don't need. I told her I am looking for a basic model with no strings attached (lol) and what I want to pay monthly. She ran the numbers and came back with a good news. Then, the finance manager had me sign bunch of documents and then asked if I wanted an extended warranty which he said will increase my monthly payment from 375 to 420. If so, I told him no, but then he still gave me extended warranty and manage to lower my monthly payment with slight increase (385). Plus, I get 6 FREE oil change. Needless to say, my overall experience was very pleasant. More
