I am a little confused by your review and would like to look into your situation. From reading your review, it sounds like it took the insurance company a long time to decide on whether to toal your vehicle or not. This is not a decision that is made at a body repair facility. We would like to repair all vehicle that are able to be safely fixed here in our shop, it is how we make a living. Michael, Thanks for the message. No, it was not the insurance company who decided to inform me that my car was totaled. Thats why I am upset. I was contacted by the collision shop manager saying that it was totaled before he even had it on the rack and without a person from my insurance taking a look at the vehicle. I understand that you are a business and need to make a living but, throughout the entire process I felt as though information was kept from me regarding my investment. Thanks
