Work needs to be checked to make sure work is completed correctly and all parts that were removed from the vehicle are put back on. I also think scheduling appointments could get better, called January 30th did not get a appointment until Feb. 19th. More

Made an appointment to have my 2019 Sorento serviced at Monroeville Kia and I was very impressed with the professional and experienced service people. They were very attentive to my needs and answered all Monroeville Kia and I was very impressed with the professional and experienced service people. They were very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions even the “dumb” ones. Along with the outstanding service I was also given a complimentary car wash. I also noticed that there were other vehicles being serviced at Monroeville Kia from other dealerships like Century 3 Kia and JIM Shorkey in Wexford. That alone spoke volumes about the service here at Monroeville Kia! More
The advisor that assisted me on my recent visit was Pat and he was awesome, kept me updated as I waited for the service. I do however, wish that the hose to my washer fluid was dry rot when I purchased my used 2015 Optima, I had to pay to get it fixed it cost my $190.00. If I would have known it was not working when purchasing the car i would have requested that it be repaired before buying the car. Other than that, I have no complaints. More
They were knowledgeable polite prompt and very curtious . They informed me up front about how much diagnostic services would cost and told what unexpected work would be priced prior to doing the work. After walking in the sales person says that the price is only correct after putting 1500 dollars more into the down payment, so I said OK. Few minutes later she comes back to tell me that the price was 245 a month plus 4500 down. She starts telling me that I had to be qualified for all of their BS incentives, which probably include 30 different ones to be worth 7k extra more than what the Ad said. From 3k down to 4.5k, from 99/mo to 245/mo. That's $6,770 to be exact. I asked WHY?. She just said "That's how it is". Plus they had me waiting to evaluate my car just to tell me these crazy payments. My credit score is 846 if you are wondering if that was the reason. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. More
"Disrespectful and deceitful service department" I recently took my vehicle in for repairs that are covered under warranty. After several calls to the service department I realized it was unprofessio I recently took my vehicle in for repairs that are covered under warranty. After several calls to the service department I realized it was unprofessional, disorganized and had poor customer service. However, the manufacturer told me I had to get my repairs at a KIA dealership because of the warranty. I left work early and brought my vehicle in to see what parts they needed to order. It was determined, and I reiterated several times that I needed 4 new door handles and a tire sensor. I stated several times to the service employees, the door handles get stuck in the (out) position. This prevents the door from latching closed, 2 of the doors swung open while I was driving and it’s a SAFETY HAZZARD. They were supposed to call me but never did. I spent the next 2 ½ weeks calling the parts department and being told one day the parts were ordered and would need painted, and told 2 days later the parts were never ordered and then a week later being told they didn’t even know I needed parts…….RED FLAGS! Reluctantly I left work early again and took my vehicle in to get 4 new door handles a tire sensor and fuel door repair. They only replaced one door handle (sloppily) painted and nothing else. First, the employees insisted they replaced all four handles and the tire sensor. I was frustrated and told them I knew they didn’t replace the handles because I had pictures and the original ones were still on the car. Eventually the two employees present admitted they only replaced one door handle and not all four and stated they didn’t know I needed all four……WHAT! I was asked by one of the gentlemen “ how would you know the wheel sensor wasn’t replaced, its inside the tire and you wouldn’t see it”. I explained to him that a portion of the sensor is visible on all three tires as it connects to the air nozzle and you can clearly see that one wheel doesn’t have a sensor! They still wanted me to sign a packet of documents stating the work was completed. I wrote a note on the document stating the work wasn’t completed. I later contacted the manufacturer and said I wanted to take my vehicle elsewhere and they agreed. A week later I got a call from Monroeville kia stating they had 3 door handles for me. I asked about the fourth door handle because the other one was (sloppily painted) and the wheel sensor. Again he said he didn't know about the sensor or door handle and was soooo rude to me. I would never take my car back to that horrible place!!! To make matters worse, when another KIA dealer contacted them for parts/serial numbers, Monroeville KIA instructed them not to fix my car.........UNBELIEVABLE! I’m outraged and can’t even began to understand why I was treated so poorly by them. And I don’t know why they’re mad at me when they are the ones who pretended to fix my car. I just More
