Stress-free and incredible! Terry Burke works miracles! I came into Monroeville Kia initially expecting the same answer that every other dealership had given me: no. After all, a student, with less then the I came into Monroeville Kia initially expecting the same answer that every other dealership had given me: no. After all, a student, with less then then poor credit and nothing but an old 2005 Buick Lacrosse, what more could I expect? Well, let me tell you I was floored! I was greeted by Terry Burke who met me at the door of the Kia dealership and I explained her the overall reality of my situation; however, she did nothing but smile and assure me that she'd work with me and get me into a newer vehicle. While I was nervous, I couldn't actually help but feel more at home in a dealership then I did working with Terry. She not only made my experience stress-free but she also managed to make the entire process of buying straight-forward and easy. Much to my surprise and after a lot of pushing: Terry manager to pull some strings and get me into a 2012 Kia Forte Ex and the car is absolutely gorgeous. NOT ONLY THAT, but she managed to make my car payment cheaper then I have been paying the last few months by 70 dollars. Which is a huge deal and money back and my pocket. When she took me outside to look at the car I was absolutely stunned and I couldn't believe it. Terry is fantastic AND a miracle worker! I AM DEFINITELY happy and I would DEFINITELY recommend Monroeville Kia to anyone. I know for a fact I will be returning here in the future for any of my car-buying or service needs. Our first car buying, and it went off without a hitch We got to the dealership just to browse after they were supposedly closed. Terry came out and we chatted with her a little bit. Explained that we had just moved here, explained what our budget was and what we were looking for. Terry said she had a couple things that would work for us and that we should give her a call on Monday and she'd come PICK US UP. After looking at a couple other places, we came back (she offered to pick us up again, but we were already in the area). The initial car we had wanted had already been sold, but there was another car that fit everything we wanted. I felt a little like we were being pushed because the car was slightly outside our budget, but after Googling (and some smooth sales pitches =) ) , we realized this was an absolute steal for this car. Terry helped us get everything lined up, including insurance, and we were able to leave that day with a dream car. More

unfortunately horrible service department On Friday I was told they would look at my car on Monday. On Monday, no one called. On Tuesday morning, I called and they would look at it "today". On On Friday I was told they would look at my car on Monday. On Monday, no one called. On Tuesday morning, I called and they would look at it "today". On Tuesday afternoon, the exact same person I had been speaking with, had never heard of me and had no record of my car being there. In the same conversation, she remembered me and they had a record of my car being there they just never had my approval to look at the car ( the approval that I had given earlier that day AND on the Friday previous). On Wednesday, they had conveniently lost my number, then they had just written it down wrong. Then I was finally given a quote that was just under $1000.00 for a part that I found online, NEW-not on sale- for $90.00 and 2 different mechanics confirmed 2 hours of "billable" labor. I still get to pay $100.00 for them hooking it up to a computer to diagnose and treating me so poorly for 5 days. Best part is, they are looking at someone else's car RIGHT NOW! I hope its not your car and I hope you're not a gullible person. More
