I would like the customer to contact the dealership to go over the different pricing on the paperwork. There are several ways the pricing is broken out that are easily confused. The bill of sale, the bank contract and the receipt for save tax on the temporary registration all include different items in the price breakdown. However, the bottom line that was paid for the vehicle and amount financed works out to be the same.

He has already contacted us and cancelled his purchase of the Protective service contract that was purchased. We represented this product acurately, as it is the only extended service contract we currently offer. Please remove this review as it is not accurate to its content.

This customer asked for a MEPP ONLY. And was told he was being given such. That was a lie. This customer will not remove this review since the review is completely accurate. 1) This dealership does NOT offer the officially sanctioned Mazda Extended Protection Plan (MEPP). --TRUE 2) They offer a non-related 3rd party plan that Mazda is NOT affiliated with in any way. --TRUE 3) Be careful because reps will evade your inquiries about MEPPs, pleading ignorance. --TRUE (This customer experienced it 1st hand, both in person & thru online chats) 4) They will direct you to the Finance Dept. --TRUE 5) Here you will get tricked into buying a different plan. --TRUE (This is what happened to this customer) 6) Call Mazda directly and buy your plan from them, over the phone! --TRUE (This customer saved $100 by doing so) Nothing about this review is false. If you don't like it, then stop using deception in your business practices.
