I’m grateful that we chose to bring it there because it gave me the opportunity to talk about trading it in and that was when I met my wonderful salesman Marlan Cowan. When I informed him I wanted to look at new cars he directed me to a beautiful Mars orange Seltos on the showroom floor. He knew everything about the new car and was able to share all the details with me, enabling me to make an informed decision. From there we were able to get a decent price on our trade-in and purchased the Seltos the next day on New Year’s Eve. I left there the night before feeling quite confident that he, along with the sales manager Rich, would get the deal done for me. The next day we arrived to pick up my beautiful new car and Marlan was able to set up the Kia app and get all the details set up on my phone. It was nice to be with a low pressure sales person. You can’t go wrong using Marlan. He was educated enough about the vehicle and helpful enough to get the deal done! This girl is now thrilled to start the new year behind the wheel of my new Mars orange 2022 Kia Seltos, fresh from the showroom floor!
