To say that I have not had good experiences with this dealership is an understatement. They have continually failed to fix the air conditioning in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which began having issues w dealership is an understatement. They have continually failed to fix the air conditioning in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which began having issues within one year of purchasing it. My car was in and out of their service center for this issue numerous times, which posed a huge inconvenience, yet the problem was never fully remedied. It has been a chronic issue and over the last five years the dealership has overcharged me, failed to provide me with rental vehicles, and spoken to me like I was an idiot. They recently told me it would cost $3300 to fix my air conditioning so, having reached my limit with them, I went elsewhere and paid just $700. I have zero faith in the honesty, integrity, and competence of the dealership. On another occasion, my water pump had to be replaced so I took it to the dealership for service. Shockingly, within just a few months, it had to be replaced again due to it being improperly installed by their mechanics. No apology was offered. The dealership acted like they were doing me a favor by replacing it for free, with little concern about the hardship it posed while I had no working vehicle to get to and from work. In my dealings with them, everything was a battle and I had to fight hard to receive even a bit of what I deserved as a loyal customer. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! More
