Following the oil change for my Jeep, a large pool of oil showed up under my vehicle. My other mechanic investigated and found the O-ring was missing from the oil pan plug. My hope is that it was an honest m showed up under my vehicle. My other mechanic investigated and found the O-ring was missing from the oil pan plug. My hope is that it was an honest mistake and not intentional given that I did not decide to perform some of the other maintenance recommendations which included an expensive quote to fix a leak. More

Took my vehicle for oil change and the tech came across issues that were covered by the warranty. Warranty took a while to approve the work but once it was approve, work only took 3 days to complete. Overall very satisfied with the service, took the vehicle back for a follow up and it was taken care of on the same day. Jesse and Wendel keep me informed and did a great job. More

First I must commend Wendal for being on top of everything. He's absolutely amazing. And went above and beyond to make my everyone as pleasant as possible.
