Disappointed I have been doing business with David for last 5 years and bought multiple cars and send several referrals their way under different umbrellas - Matri I have been doing business with David for last 5 years and bought multiple cars and send several referrals their way under different umbrellas - Matrix, VIP and the another one and had a fabulous experience and deals from them. While David has been great, he was not available this time and I dealt with someone else. Was disappointed this time, for multiple reasons: - The deals were not competitive. - The quotes kept changing. There was a specifically mentioned quote for Audi A4 on the website, which I spoken to the agent, when i was on hold and the person came back and said that he doesnt see it, which it was still up on my screen, had been updated in the background. - It was sometimes difficult to get the exact details of the car. The team is extremely courteous and I still believe delivers top notch service and would definetely call them up next time, they just lost my business this time. More
