Shopping for a suitable replacement during the Christmas season was not plann We lost a Honda CR-V recently to an accident where another was at fault. Shopping for a suitable replacement during the Christmas season was not planned, but now necessary. I researched several brands and models, and narrowed the choices down to another Honda CR-V and a Subaru Forester. I contacted several dealers around the state for sales quotes. Locally, I test drove 2020 models of both, and although I was a veteran Honda owner, I was extremely impressed by the Subaru, especially in ride quality, handling, and operation of the CVT transmission. Also, the Subaru salesman was more professional (no high pressure sales pitch) and had more product knowledge than the Honda salesman. When it came down to making a purchase deal, the Honda dealers were not very negotiable at all, while the local Subaru dealer was, even better than the "big city" Subaru dealers elsewhere. Bottom line - money talks. The dealership was pleasant to work with in all parts of the purchase, and we will recommend them to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

Repeat satisfied customer I just purchased a 2020 Outback Touring XT from Montgomery Subaru., This is my second new Subaru from this dealership. The other is a 2017 Legacy Spor I just purchased a 2020 Outback Touring XT from Montgomery Subaru., This is my second new Subaru from this dealership. The other is a 2017 Legacy Sport. I also purchased extended warrants for both and traded cars in on both. I have used the service department for the Legacy and plan to so for the Outback. I have used all the different services of this dealership and have been well please. I had been so pleased with the Legacy Sport and dealership that I decided to buy the Outback. I initially contacted the Internet manger Drew Gim via email along with three other dealerships on Friday, December 27th asking for their BEST out the door price. Drew got back to me within hours with the numbers, they were better than I expected or got from other three dealers. I set up an appointment to bring my trade in for appraisal on Monday December 30th. I again got a fair price. Drew and I put all the numbers together and agreed on the deal. I then met with Kyle Campbell Finance Manager and purchased my Outback that morning. This is a family run business and is not like the large multi car dealerships that are just about money. The General Manager is John Danielson and he is involved every day with hands on help and to see that you get a fair deal and a hassle free experience. I know all this sounds too good to be true, but I have had this great experience with this dealership TWO times now. Why would I go anywhere else? Thanks again, John, Drew and Kyle. Tabor was very accommodating and knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me with trying to buy a vehicle right then and there. He understood that I was just starting my own research. About a week later, when I finally narrowed my possible model selections, Tabor was very accommodating and able to answer (and provide) spec and deal info with no hesitancy or delay. (This was unlike one of my other experiences with a different dealership this buying round where the associate didn't seem to know his products or was not very talkative at all and didn't share info on specs, features, deals, etc.) Once I made my decision to get a Forester, Tabor was extremely helpful with finding the colors and trim I preferred, with negotiating a good/fair price, and with scheduling the closing. From start through handshake, Tabor and the Montgomery Subaru staff were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking a for a new or used vehicle. More
