I explained to him I was in the market to purchase immediately and had found what I was looking for in Atlanta but would prefer to buy closer to my home in Panama City Fl. If he could meet the same price and deal. Eddie immediately crunched the numbers, conferred with his manager and by the end of the same day we were driving home in our new Subaru Outback!! Eddie was exceptionally courteous and very knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback . Did I say patient? He made my wife and I both (baby boomers) feel very comfortable and at ease with all the new technology and science that comes with operating a Subaru Outback. He was very professional in every since of the word but more importantly he was really genuinely excited about the product he sold. I seldom promote or do reviews of any purchase but I wanted others to know I feel like I had a fantastic experience meeting and working with the whole team who operated as a one big family from the salesman to the detailer to the manager to the finance dept, the entire process was smooth .
