My needs were addressed but when trying to ask for something to be checked, I felt the front desk rep was resistive and gave push back. I was not a fan of how I was spoken to. Also when I said I would something to be checked, I felt the front desk rep was resistive and gave push back. I was not a fan of how I was spoken to. Also when I said I would wait for the car, there was resistance with that too. He had it down that I planed to pick it up later but I had never agreed to that. I didnt plan on being disruptive or anything so I didnt understand why it was such a problem that I wanted to wait. The car was done before the time they told me which was nice and another tech came and spoke to me, explained and addressed everything. More
