I had an appointment to have service fix an issue with my car heater which does not seem to work after running for half an hour.This is the second time I brought my car in.After waiting for 2 hours they come car heater which does not seem to work after running for half an hour.This is the second time I brought my car in.After waiting for 2 hours they come back and said they need me to drop the car since they need a whole day to find out the problem. So they have time only for a week after. They would not even keep the car ...they said they have no time booked all the way ....I thought that's the reason I called a week before and book an appointment..they should have given me another day if they are so short of staff. The guy Cameron and Chris in service are a total joke... is in a rush to get you out of there ...than trying to fix your problem...lack of manners rude and ignorant are all I can say about the service of this dealership.Stay out from that place..RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL More

As a first time buyer, they should mentioned about the leak issue during the purchase time, but they never did. Service charged me over $100 to clean out the drain. By the way it doesn't cover by warranty. I asked the service person( I believe his name is Cameron), and his recommendation was to do car wash every 2 weeks. I was like really?? That was the only solution you could provide.. I was also scheduled for Oil change. I believe they did. But no, complimentary Car wash. I showed how dirty the car wash, and the service person comment was " OH WELL".. False Promise/Advertisement....Pathetic.... Oh yeh, I did request a courtesy vehicle during the service. When I get there, Cameron said, I can get a rental car( $32/Day) as they have no courtesy vehicle available. Another False Promise/Advertisement.... More

I took my vehicle back for service and still hear the noise coming from my vehicle. I feel that the service manager should have been more attentive as well he just seemed to want me gone to be honest. Se noise coming from my vehicle. Instead of changing the brakes out as we spoke on he just had my vehicle lubed. To say the least it’s still a horrible place to have service done. If I was a manager I would have done what was needed to please the customer not try to avoid the customer. It’s our vehicle our money that we invest and we want to keep up our vehicle not have dealerships tear them apart and not want to fix the problem. I also stated that I did not want the same person back on my vehicle and not only was my request ignored it just pissed me off even more because of the lack of the manager not holding up to his end. I should not even had to travel back there because he was fully aware that I was coming to see him the first time so an appointment should have been set for that day. DON’T USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! More

This place is a clown show. Really un-professional. Purchased a brand new car, cash in hand. The sales girl never even walked us to the car to share info on the features. Car was missing items including floor matts we had to call multiple times to have delivered which took FOREVER. The worst was our out title and registration. It took them 3 Months and 2 weeks to send out title and then we never received the Registration until almost month 5. I escalated it to the General Manager and left many messages with him "Steve" and never received 1 call back. The sales manager sounded like he never had to field a customer service call in his career as he fumbled nervously through the calls and ended up getting frustrated and "accidently" hung up on me twice. Do not buy from here and definitely do not service. I have had two bad interactions with the service and the past three months For 2 different cars. You call for a manager 11am and nobody is around except the sales manager to sell another car they don’t want to service. More
