They are always so kind when calling. Rates seem fair. They do a great car wash. They accept coupons. Kim is well qualified and gets the point across pretty well in terms i understand. Got scammed out of the $3000 by this dealership. They never put my money into the service contract and when the engine seized out at exactly 92 days they conveniently left me xxx out with no car and They never put my money into the service contract and when the engine seized out at exactly 92 days they conveniently left me xxx out with no car and have never gotten back to me! This happened from October 2025 to January 2026 and they still have not made this right. More

My wife and I felt very welcomed like family and still do. They got us out of the lemon that Willoughby CJDR sold us and into a new jeep. Very professional and great group of people to be around.
