Purchased a used Ram Promaster sight unseen as I live in NY about 6 hrs away, the reviews from Montrose seems very positive and I trusted I get not only getting a good van but a good value for my money. Hannah was the salesperson and she was great, we basically completed the whole purchase process remotely through DocuSign, the pickup process was just as easy, on the 6 hour trip back home I had a little issue with the van involving a check engine light, when I got home I spoke with Todd the general manager and we resolved it without me going back to Ohio, the van was sold "as is" and technically the dealer was not responsible for doing anything, but this goes to show the dedication to their customers. More dealers should be this much into customer satisfaction More
