Never again I bought my 2006 Chevrolet impala LT from this dealership and it will be the last car i ever buy from this dealership and i will be telling everyone i I bought my 2006 Chevrolet impala LT from this dealership and it will be the last car i ever buy from this dealership and i will be telling everyone i know to avoid this dealership. All my problems started 2 hours after the sale. Dealer said clean carfax report and car went through 110 point inspection. Night time and no headlights, discovered both headlights disconnected and harnesses stuffed into fenders. Next day went back to complain about battery sounds like it's weak, anti-freeze leaking, transmission fluid leaking. Service dept. checks it out and said battery is fine, and no leaks. I explained that the fluid is on my garage floor and car almost didn't start that morning. They said everything checks out. So i leave and sure enough get home and the next day on a Sunday,battery dead so i purchase new battery from autozone for $154 and install it myself, then i put car up on my ramps and find both fluid leaks, anti-freeze and transmission fluid. So next day i call GREAT LAKES CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM and am told that they will reimburse me for battery. So i drive back to Kingsville and explain to service manager where his techs can find the leaks, That i don't know how they couldn't see in the first place. Then manager at Great Lakes then explains that he is only going to reimburse me $80 for my new battery. Total BS since i told them the problems. This all happened within the first three days of owning this car. They did replace transmission line and water pump. But still it just aggravating. More
