I came in with a windshield wiper in my hand, on a Saturday afternoon. The service Mgr found the parts himself and replaced both of them as part of a recall. The whole process was made very easy, I started with clicking a link online. Within minutes I received a call from Marvin and less than 24 hours later I was driving home in a really nice vehicle.
