Rachel has always been polite and helpful with servicing us over the years regarding our regular maintenance on both of our vehicles we purchased from Montrose in 2015. Over the course of the last 4 mon us over the years regarding our regular maintenance on both of our vehicles we purchased from Montrose in 2015. Over the course of the last 4 months, we’ve experienced a lot issues with both cars including multiple recalls for brake lines, catalytic converters, etc. The performance by the technicians at montrose who worked on the vehicles is pretty disgusting, and they should be fired along with management. We’ve continued to have issues with the cars even after coming out of pocket for almost $5k. We’re currently waiting on reimbursement for the fixes and it’s been 4 months. We’ve since purchased a new K4 from Hallen and will never purchase a vehicle from montrose. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was supposed to be a special but when I went to pay, it was not only not on special but I had to pay full price for everything. Made an appt with Rachel for my Kia Optima and she got me in next day! She informed me about the night drop box and that was super convenient for me since i work in the morning. I dropped my car off and the mechanic diagnosed the engine light issue from a bent cannister purge valve pin that wasnt sealing. I needed a new battery too. very impressed by how quickly they solved the problem. I had the appt and fix in less than 24 hours. Amazing! The service reps and Jennifer are super great too! I will go to Montrose again and trust them with my car needs. More
