I had a 1230 appointment for routine maintenance. All I needed for this was an oil change and a tire rotation and oil filter. They told me my car was not ready until 230. I waited in the waiting room All I needed for this was an oil change and a tire rotation and oil filter. They told me my car was not ready until 230. I waited in the waiting room. Glad I brought a book to ours it’s ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation. They should’ve scheduled me for another time on another day rather than make me wait for two whole hours in the waiting room I was not happy. Needless to say you should never have to wait longer than one hour for the services. More
