That initial process was so smooth, we knew when the time came that we'd go back. So glad we did. We kept getting information fliers for them wanting to buy back the Malibu in exchange for a newer car. Most times I feel that these are false leads. NO! Absolutely what was advertised, potential payments and all. This was another seamless experience with an awesome , capable, competent, intelligent and diplomatic young lady in Olivia Kilbride. I know that she will continue to excel in her sales. Absolutely no pressure, no gimmicks . It was, hey, drive the car. Do you like it? Do you want to buy it? Cool, let's do it! Absolutely ecstatic about the purchase, no regrets ,all smiles. From the manager David Wrice, to Olivia Kilbride the salesperson, to David in financing. These people are pros and make you feel comfortable with your purchase. I would say I wish every dealership approached sales this way, but I like these guys too much. More

A Blessing in Sheffield We were on our way to Cedar Point when our car broke down. We called Roadside Assistance. They told us to call Montrose Kia to tell them that we wou We were on our way to Cedar Point when our car broke down. We called Roadside Assistance. They told us to call Montrose Kia to tell them that we would be there for a service call as soon as the tow truck towed us there. I spoke to John Poke. He was very pleasant and helpful over the phone. When we got to the dealership he greated us with a smile and offered us refreshments. When they ran they the diagnostics they found out that it was a sensor. Mr. Pope come and explained to us. As he put the information into the computer he found a problem with the VIN Number. He went way beyond the call of duty calling the dealership where I bought the car, the warranty company and Kia's Corporate Office. Meanwhile they found a recall on the heating and cooling system. Mr. Poke made sure the service people fixed the recall. he was very kind and compassionate during the trying time. He made this ordeal a lot less trying. My experience at Montrose Kia made pleasant by Mr. Poke. I recommend Montrose Kia's Service Department to everybody. They are excellent! Especially Mr. John Pope. More
