My overall experience with the service department was very frustrating. I was told over the phone one thing, and got a completely different outcome. One positive side of my experience was the way I was treated by one of the floor salesmen. He was very understanding. When speaking to a few other floor salesmen, I did however feel that my car situation did not matter, and that the only thing that mattered was them selling me a new car. More
