Took my car in for a recall, due to backordered parts, it was there over 5 months. When I finally got it back it would not start, the battery would not hold a charge. Their technician, who charged it, said i was there over 5 months. When I finally got it back it would not start, the battery would not hold a charge. Although I told Kia the battery was less than 5 years old, and it was fine when we brought the car to them,, they said the battery was not their responsibility. I have reached out to Service Manager Fred Dawry 3 times now, due to him asking me to after reading my review, but never got a return call. My husband said we will not give them any more business.
