This dealership made it easy, fun, quick, exciting and an all around great experience. Let's face it, it's not always fun purchasing a new vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to refer someone to this dealership and I won't hesitate to come back for my next purchase. The knowledge Mike Killen had as he reviewed all of my options with me on my new vehicle was truly amazing! He even told me to call any time I had a question about any of the options and gave me his cell number! I can't say enough about what a great experience this was!! Like Arnold says, "I'll be back!" Michael Spohn was a huge help as well. They both took such good care of me, I can't thank them both enough!! More

Bad experience for the second time I had a bad experience trying to buy a car at Moon Mazda back in December 2017 and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from anotber Mazda dealership. I had a bad experience trying to buy a car at Moon Mazda back in December 2017 and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from anotber Mazda dealership. This visit was for an oil change. I called and spoke to the service department to see if I could have my oil changed there, since it's the closest dealer to me. I have the "easy care" plan. I was told as long as I had that card, they would accept it. I went and after 45 minutes and the oil change already being completed, Jackie informed me that they can't accept my card. It was denied. I explained to her that I called the 800 number on the card and them directly to make sure I could have the service done there prior to making the appointment. If I had been told no, I would have taken it to the dealership where I bought it. She offered to call one more time to see if she could get it covered for this one time. She came out shaking her head no. I know they were expecting me to pay for the oil change. I didn't end up paying. And I wouldn't have paid. This was a Mazda mistake, not mine. More
