Hello Rikey, we had previous looked at your vehicle last year and performed a temporary repair at your request. You presented the car to be looked at again as you said a Valet had moved your seat. We presented you an estimate to repair in which you declined. As you aware I reached out to you after you posted a negative review on Google and agreed I would reach out to you to have us take a look at performing another temporary repair as you stated you didn't want to spend the money for a permanent repair. I reached out after you posted this negative review and I think its best you select somewhere that does work for free. David Saenz, General Manager
