Poor Service Advisor coordination, follow up and completion. Did not complete a belt replacement I had approved. Did not check on warranty coverage before starting work, and charged me for other cov completion. Did not complete a belt replacement I had approved. Did not check on warranty coverage before starting work, and charged me for other covered work even after I repeatedly asked about coverage.Did not provide and explain work performed and invoice upon checkout. Dealer is also only repair shop that charges surcharge for credit card use. Very disappointed. More

Noisy, due to construction. The sales staff seems to go out of their way to remember the name of their respective customers.....that's different from most car dealerships. My only concern is that there is an enormous turn around in the service associates. I have owned my car for almost 5 years and never had the same associate a second time. More
