My husband and I both felt that Sue was helpful throughout the whole process of buying our first minivan. We traded in two cars. This was one of the best car buying experience I've ever had, by far!! I previously visited the dealer a year and half ago, and to my surprise the sales person, Henry, recognized me and welcomed me back...u had, by far!! I walked into the dealer looking for a 2012 rubicon, sales person knew right off the back the inventory and took me back to see it, most dealers I been to seem so unorganized, they all scramble, asking eachother, looking it up on the computer etc..., but Henry knew his inventory 100%. Test drove the Jeep, and I asked a million questions, some to which I already knew the answer to, but Henry was on top of his game and by the time we got back from the test drive I felt that I knew the car top to bottom. I felt so confortable buying this truck from Henry, never felt pressured, never felt like I was bs'd, and really felt like I was getting the best deal possible. Good service did not stop with Henry, the experience continued with the financing guy, and later I met Henry's manager who seemed to be equaly friendly. I got the impression that everyone loved working there, and really felt a lot of good energy. I absolutely recomand Moore Jeep to everyone, and please see Henry! Awsome guy! More

We decided to trade in our gas guzzling older model Suburban and decided to look at minivans. We have 4 kids ages 11 9 7 and 5 that are all active. We were referred to Moore Chrysler from some friends who bought a car from them. The people at Moore Chrysler were great to work with. They gave us a great deal on our trade in! We purchased our mini van and got an excellent deal on the financing. They literally couldn't have been nicer! All the features were explained. It is an awesome car and the kids love it. I literally hated the whole car purchasing process until now. We will be having our car serviced there as well and hopefully they are as good on this end as they were with the purchase.
