We've really wanted to own a Jeep WRANGLER for years. We started our serach/homework 2 months prior walking into Moore Automotive. Sticking to certain colors, must have this or that features, and most of all the maximum price we set for ourselves!.......After getting the run around from another dealership, we gotta say that Mitchell at Moore Automotive met our demands. At a lower price, with the all features we were looking for & the right color, we give Mitchell Smith & Moore two thumbs up! More

Sales person, Henry Ajiboye, was great. He was kind, patient, helpful and created a positive buying experience. The service dept was a different story, I bought a used car, looked great on the outsid patient, helpful and created a positive buying experience. The service dept was a different story, I bought a used car, looked great on the outside but was filthy on the inside. I was told it would be cleaned and I was shown an internal invoice that said that it had been detailed, bogus invoice to say the least. I cleaned the car myself after I bought it, during which I found old french fries and trash, so clearly the service dept didn't even bother to vacuum. The dash, door footplates, seats and interior fabric had all sorts of marks and stains. I was confident they were removable and expected that to occur with the detailing. From what I could tell the service dept didn't even run a damp cloth through the vehicle. Without much effort, using everyday cleaning supplies I was able to clean the dirt and remove the stains. While I had a very positive sales experience the servicing of my vehicle was very disappointing. This poor service is why I will not bring my car to be serviced at this dealer and is my sole reason for not recommending this dealership. More

Wally Illsley and this dealership make it easy to purchase a vehicle. This is our second van purchased from Moore Chrysler and they have done all the service on our previous two vehicles. They are friendly, easy to work with, responsive to suggestions/negotiations, and respectful of the customer. We experienced no high pressure tactics and Wally and the others we communicated with came over as honest, open, knowledgeable and just nice people to work with. I had a great experience. Henry was very friendly and patient as I "kicked the tires" and narrowed down to the Grand Cherokee I eventually purchased. Also, the GC needed a new battery and it was past cl patient as I "kicked the tires" and narrowed down to the Grand Cherokee I eventually purchased. Also, the GC needed a new battery and it was past closing time. So, they replaced the battery in the morning and Henry drove out to my office the next day even though it was a 40 min drive from the dealership. I really appreciated that. Great service! More

As soon as I drove up I saw the car I had been looking at online. He was quick to approach and very prefessional. Opened the car up, showed me all the great things it had to offer. My experience was excellent with the dealership and with the Sales person. Mitchell Smith was excellent. I was disappointed that when we received our vehicle and it was not detailed, it is a 2011 and has be the Sales person. Mitchell Smith was excellent. I felt the attention to detail was sub par and when purchasing a new it should be in pristine condition it was not. More
