We are so sorry to hear about your experience, that is not how we want any guest to feel. The Doc fee is an Arizona mandated fee unfortunately. Our Dealer Prep is any and all fixes that may have been required to ensure the vehicle is road safe and good to go for our guests but are more than happy to work with you on that! We deeply apologize for the miscommunication and appreciate you giving us a chance to earn your business!

Dealership never made good on this Contacted Gm who never responded Actually went to the “ online express purchase” to initiate purchase Received confirmation of order for vehicle being processed Received email following day stating vehicle sold I will be filing formal complaints and reviews to any and all agencies/ parties in interest
