Gave him a call and sent him a printout of the Jeep I was looking for, the next day he sent me a detailed listing of the Jeep, with all the options I wanted. Gave me a follow up call. Unfortunately a couple of days later, my wife had to go into the hospital for emergency surgery, I called Wally and told him I was putting the purchase on hold until after her surgery. Late on the day of her surgery, Wally calls me to ask how my wife came through the operation. Not a word about the Jeep. It was a genuine call checking on her health. Now, that is a class individual. I ordered my Jeep from Wally because: he was honest, friendly, and did a great job of following up on my needs. I got the best price and the best sales service I’ve ever had.
