Sue was a pleasure. Car buying is typically a rough and long process. Sue went above and beyond help us and we didn’t feel the stereotypical “car salesperson” pressure from her. Due to coronavirus concerns, we were more comfortable having conversations and transactions outside. Sue sure put in miles going back and to accommodate this request. It was greatly appreciated. Sue was extremely knowledgeable, however, whenever we had a question outside of her immediate knowledge she was honest and would find out the answer to ensure we had all the best information. We were glad that she put knowledge over ego to get us the best information. Overall, our experience was a pleasant one due to Sue. When it came to the financing interaction, it wasn’t quite as exceptional. As mentioned, we are incredibly concerned about Covid-19 exposure. While Sue made every effort to do all interactions outside, the finance situation was different. Understandably, some interactions are “easier” inside at a desk with computers. However, the lack of mask wearing inside the small office was disappointing and rushed the process because of the want to get out. On-site we had a short interaction with Spencer and he was great. After purchasing he was able to address a question we had quickly and accurately. More
