Both headlights had to be replaced. Had to have 2 headlights replaced, thought that I would have coverage under warranty, but was informed the it was not covered. Training day Service people took too long to return keys to service writer causing additional delay to an unusually slow oil change (2 hours). A proper tire rotat Service people took too long to return keys to service writer causing additional delay to an unusually slow oil change (2 hours). A proper tire rotation has front swapping sides. Not here apparently. Finally when service doesn’t release the vehicle in the computer system - empower the service writer to correct it instead of requiring him to chase down the mechanic. More
