Unnessary charge I was charged for a tire rotation when it was supposed to be included on my 10,000 mileage service. I had received an email from Moore saying all toge I was charged for a tire rotation when it was supposed to be included on my 10,000 mileage service. I had received an email from Moore saying all together it would be $86.00 I was charged 80 for an oil change and 20 for a tire rotation I confronted the service attendant about it and he said he doesn’t know where the price came from I then showed him the email and said he knew nothing of it and there was nothing that could be done. Poor customer service tech I came in for oil change/tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I went to check on my car. It was clearly finished but my “ tech” was tal I came in for oil change/tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I went to check on my car. It was clearly finished but my “ tech” was talking to a woman he seemed to know. No problem...I’m fine with that! When he saw me he said, “ oh you’re still waiting?” which of course I was since he hadn’t called me. Once I made it inside his cubicle, after he hugged his previous customer goodbye, he just said “credit or debit.” Nothing more. I had to ask how much it was & never received a verbal summary of what they had done/ found.. He took my card,ran it & I left. It was all very frustrating. I will NOT be returning to this dealership for service....or anything else! More
