No pressure sales and Doug made us feel like people and not a ticket hold at the deli. We looked into leasing but instead we bought a certified Honda accord. The staff from Moorehead Honda are excellent. The sales Manager Mark Nesheiwat and Business manager Mike Desantis made my experience at Moorehead are very professional and made my experience a very relaxin Manager Mark Nesheiwat and Business manager Mike Desantis made my experience at Moorehead are very professional and made my experience a very relaxing one not the usual stressful situiation that I have experienced in the past from other car dealers. Now to my main man Russ Peck!!! Russ is the guy you gotta see at Moorehead, now I am sure all the other sales persons are very good but buy your next car from Russ. Russ come through with every promise he made. The 2014 Odyssey I wanted was at another location and had to be transported to Moorehead from Long Island I am sure this is a very complicated thing to do but Russ and everyone involved at Moorehead made it seem easy. Hers's where Russ won his gold medal-The car was ordered on wednesday with anticipated delivery on sat. My wife called Russ and told him we were going to hershey park on friday afternoon and wanted to drive the new car. Without hesitating Russ said he would see what he could do and guess what-He came in on his day off that friday and made sure the car was going to arrive ontime so we could drive the car to Hershey Park. He Hit it out the park!!!! I showed up after work at 5 pm and we left the dealership at 6:15 pm headed for Hershey Park in our 2014 Odyssey Elite-Boy what a car!!!!! Russ didnt stop there he followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with the new odyssey and continues to check to make sure everything is ok. I had a problem with the remote start and Russ had the installer at my home a day later to check it out. Good thing he did because it turns out the antenna wasnt working properly and they had to install a new one (which is working perfectly fine). I could go on and on about Russ and Moorehead Honda but lets just say my daughters lease on her civic is up in March and I've already told Russ that I wouldnt think about going anywhere else but Moorehead to buy my daughters next honda. Definitiely I will not be going back to Middletown Honda where I leased it originally. So to Russ and all the good folks at Moorehead Honda-Thank you and keep up the excellent work. I've always wondered about these sights thinking the staff writes their own reviews. I am actually a normal everyday customer. i started looking at autotrader.com and found numerous cars that were in my staff writes their own reviews. I am actually a normal everyday customer. i started looking at autotrader.com and found numerous cars that were in my budget that were available at morehead honda so I took a trip over there. met up with mark etri. he was very east to talk to and actually listened to my needs and budget. we took a few cars out for a test drive and i found my next car for the next 5 years....hopefully more. mark went out of his way to accommodate me and help my with my trade in. it's really nice to go to a car dealership and find a staff that doesn't seem to want to pull a fast one over on you. they sincerely seem to want to help you find the car that fits your needs. the finance guy mike....sorry don't remember you last name but you were friendly and had patience to deal with my 8 million questions. thanks mike! so in closing i'm highly recommending morehead honda for your next car purchase. hey check em out, if nothing else you'll get free coffee out of the visit. lol thanks guys for a really painless experience of buying a car. I was looking for a car for over three and half months. I went to Morehead Honda on Route 9W and spoke to Mr. Ron Morehead Sr. and he recommended that I check out their other dealership in Newburgh, NY. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with sincerity and kindness. The sales representatives were more than friendly and accomadating. They were more than willing to work on the price of the vehicle going back multiple times to try to make a sale possible. After we agreed on the price of the vehichle, the auto shop worked quickly and swiftly to try to get the car on the road for me as soon as possible. It took them two days from the purchase date to get the vehichle on the road. They were not like other dealerships getting angry and upset when I was uncertain about what I wanted. They were always cool, calm, and collected. I am without a doubt apart of the Morehead Honda family and I will without a doubt go back to them for the purchase of my second vehicle whenever that may be. More

First of all, I am not your typical car buyer.. The last 3out of 4 cars I bought were bought were purchased from dealers 2 hours or more away. I do a lot of research making sure i get the car I want ,at th 3out of 4 cars I bought were bought were purchased from dealers 2 hours or more away. I do a lot of research making sure i get the car I want ,at the price i want . Sometimes there are risks involved when you travel that far to a dealer you don't know . The guys at Morehead Honda were great . I called and asked to talk to the manager before driving the 3+ hours from Philly and Spoke with Freddie. I said that I was very interested in a 2010 wrangler that they had and told him how far I was driving to see it . He told me that the photo's online ( auto trader ) were accurate and told me that he would connect me with Russ Peck. Within minutes of talking to Russ , I knew I had a no BS , sincere sales person that would do everything he could make this an pleasurable transaction . I got there an hour before closing . I test drove the car ... they took a look at my trade in.. and within a short period of time we reached an agreement . Being in sales myself , my instinct was to really work the trade in "up " and the Jeep price " Down" . They were so fair with my trade and with the jeep price that the best thing to do was shake hands and start the paperwork . Since I got there so late i had to stay overnight in Newburgh so they could prep the car , but thats ok .. I got a great Vehicle . Many thanks to the Morehead Honda team especially Russ and Freddie. If I was in the market for a Honda or any preowned car on their lot, I would not hesitate to give them a call. Chris Skelly More
