He was so much more than a car salesman and such a pleasure to do business with. He allowed us to take as much time as we needed. He was pleasant and patient no matter the issue and believe me I had issues. ? The extra personal touches that Louis did to get the car ready for us were unexpected. We have never been treated so well by a car salesman before. Second, the Sales Manager Doug Bell went above and beyond what is normal and typical for a car dealership. His sincere desire to ensure that we left with right car was amazing. The third person we dealt with was the Business Manager, Mike Desantis. Mike was a delight to work with. He was friendly and efficient. He laid out the paper work for the financing and explained each form. When it came to the warranty, let us make the decision that was best for us. No sales pitch, no pressure, only professional knowledgeable service. I can’t say enough about the customer service and professional care we received at Morehead Honda. The dealership had a large selection of vehicles to view and compare. Larisa was polite, courteous and knowledgeable of the availability of vehicles and the accessories with which they were equipped. Larisa worked with us to find a vehicle that met out expectations at a price that was acceptable to us. When asked questions where she did not have an immediate answer, she quickly accessed the right individual and was able to provide the information in a timely manner. Larisa scheduled delivery and the vehicle was ready for pickup as promised, with the added accessories installed. The car was very clean and the dealer had provide a full tank of gas which was an unexpected bonus. Mike handled the financial process in a professional and efficient manner which allowed us to be out on the road in our new vehicle in what I would imagine is record breaking time. The dealership is clean and appears well maintained. Customers are provided with refreshments and a comfortable and pleasant waiting area while their vehicle is in for routine service. More
